La Cenetta is coming back on 17th and 19th November 2018 for two events in Brescia at Palazzo Monti and Reggio Emilia at Villa Venturini Baldini with Mauricio Zillo and Filippo Marchi. While Filippo is a regular at wines, Mauricio is a super talented Brazilian chef who cut his teeth in several Michelin-starred restaurants both in Paris and Milan. His approach to cooking is simple, mixing traditional French techniques and seasonal ingredients: he loves to scout the best ingredients and meticulously craft them into special dishes.
