La Cenetta with Halaigh McManus

La Cenetta is happening again with two dinners over a weekend period in Reggio Emilia and Brescia at Palazzo Monti.
Guest chef will be the young and talented Halaigh Whelan-McManus, while Filippo Marchi will be in charge of wine pairings.
Halaigh’s career started in Copenaghen where, after the studies, he worked in the renowned kitchens of Noma and AOC.
He stopped for a while in Japan and then moved to Oslo, becoming sous chef at the three stars restaurant Maemo.
